About the QED Silver Anniversary XT Speaker Cable (Pair)
Silver Anniversary XT is the natural successor to QED’s multi-award winning Silver Anniversary cable. It adds X-Tube, which places the conductors around a hollow rod to fight the skin effect and keep fine detail intact at high frequencies.
The conductors are silver-plated oxygen-free copper, braided in a triple weave of 5 x 16 x 0.1 mm strands. At 1.5 mm² (16 AWG) with a 3.9 mm jacket, the cable is slim and easy to run, and QED describe it as suitable for all installations.
Use it between an amplifier or AV receiver and your speakers, for hi-fi or home theatre. QED’s site lists it as Reference Silver Anniversary XT.
Genuine UK stock from an authorised QED dealer. Not sure which cable suits your system? Tell us what you have and we will suggest the right one. We install hi-fi, home cinema and multi-room audio across the New Forest and the south coast. See our audio and video work.
