    Full install

    We design, supply, fit, program and support the smart, AV, network and security side of the job. You manage the build; we manage our bit.

    Design and programming

    Your team fits; we do the drawings, cable schedules, kit lists and the programming. Good for electricians and AV firms with their own fitters.

    Subcontract

    We work for you on your job, to your programme and your standards, and invoice you rather than the client.

  • 04

    White label

    If you'd rather the client only sees your name, we can turn up in plain clothes and hand over documentation in your branding.

Trade terms

Trades can buy the equipment we install through us. Discounts and commission are worked out job by job, depending on what you need and how we're working together, and agreed in writing before anything starts.

Where we fit in the build

Pick your trade to see who's doing what at each stage, and where we meet.

You do the power, we do the clever bits. We hand you a cable schedule (or run the low-voltage ourselves), then fit, program and hand over the smart, AV and network side.

    You run power and the board. We run the low-voltage, or check yours before the plasterers arrive.

    Nothing for either of us. Cables are labelled and tucked away safely.

  4. 4Second fix

    You fit sockets and lights; we fit keypads, speakers, access points and the rack.

    We program it and test it all. Your circuits, our scenes.

How we work with you

  1. Talk early

    A quick call or a look at the drawings. The earlier we're in, the less gets cut out of finished walls.

  2. Spec and price

    Drawings, a cable schedule, a kit list and a clear price, split so you can see what's labour and what's equipment.

  3. First fix together

    Booked into your programme. We run our cables (or check yours) and leave everything labelled before the plasterers arrive.

  4. Second fix and commissioning

    Kit fitted once the dust settles, then programmed and tested properly, not on the morning of handover.

  5. Handover and aftercare

    A walk-through for the client, documents for you, and we're the ones they ring if the TV forgets its manners.

Questions from trades

Will you try to take over my client?

No. It's your job and your client. We don't market to your customers, and if you want us to be invisible, that's what white label is for.

Can my team buy equipment through you?

Yes. Trades can buy the kit we install through us at trade terms. Tell us what you need and we'll quote.

Do you offer trade discounts or commission?

We do, depending on the job and how we're working together. It's agreed up front, in writing, so everyone knows where they stand.

Can you give us a cable schedule for our electrician?

Yes. We mark up the drawings and list every data, speaker and control run, with cable types and where each one ends, so your team can run it at first fix.

Do you only do new builds?

No. Extensions, refurbishments, fit-outs, show homes and occupied houses too. We're used to working around people, pets and other trades.

Which systems do you work with?

KNX, Loxone and Control4 for automation, plus multi-room audio, home cinema, business Wi-Fi, CCTV and door entry. We also write custom drivers when two systems need to talk.
