Is your signal rubbish?
Put in your postcode to see what Ofcom says about EE, Three, O2 and Vodafone at your address, indoors and out. Then we'll tell you how to fix it.
Your signal
Source: Ofcom's mobile checker (4G and 5G combined). These are predictions: thick walls, foil-backed insulation and the odd ancient oak all make a difference.
How we fix poor signal
-
Calls over your Wi-Fi
Most phones can make and take calls over Wi-Fi ("Wi-Fi Calling"). With proper whole-home Wi-Fi, calls work in every room, whatever the signal's doing outside.
Whole-home Wi-Fi -
The right network
Sometimes one network is fine at your address and yours isn't. The checker shows which, so switching might be the whole fix. That advice is free.
-
Garden, office and outbuildings
Wi-Fi that reaches the garden office, the workshop, the stables or the boat, so the bit of the property with no signal isn't also the bit with no internet.
Marine and remote sites
