Why start with the building?
A boat and a bungalow both need Wi-Fi, but that's where the similarity ends. One moves, runs on batteries and gets rained on. The other might need a front door that opens from the bed. Starting with who's using the place, and how, is how we avoid fitting the right kit in the wrong way.
