About the QED Performance USB A to B Cable

USB is one of the most common ways to get music from a computer, streamer or server to a DAC. This cable has USB-IF High Speed certification and handles high-resolution audio up to 24-bit/192kHz and DSD512.

The data conductors are individually screened 99.999% oxygen-free copper, and the whole cable is triple-screened with the power and data paths isolated. The dielectric is foamed polyethylene, and the jacket is flexible stone grey TPE.

Choose A to B when your computer or source has a standard rectangular USB A port and your DAC has the squarer USB B socket, which is a common DAC connection. It is part of QED’s Performance range.

Questions about the QED Performance USB A to B Cable

Is it one cable?

Yes. It is a single USB lead, with an A plug at one end and a B plug at the other.

Which one do I need, A to B or A to C?

Look at the DAC’s USB socket. A squarish USB B socket needs A to B. A small oval USB-C socket needs A to C.

Which length should I choose?

It comes in 0.75 m, 1.5 m and 3 m. Measure between your source and the DAC and choose the next length up.
