About the Q Acoustics Q SUB80 Subwoofer
The Q SUB range is a three-size family of active subwoofers (8, 10 and 12 inch) with digital signal processing for set-up, built to partner Q Acoustics speakers in stereo or home cinema. The Q SUB80 is the smallest of the three.
It is meant for smaller rooms with smaller speakers, where you still want big, controlled bass for music or films. Q Acoustics suggests it for the M20 or M40 powered speakers, or for the 3000c and 5000 home cinema packs, used singly or in pairs.
DSP identifies the input signal and adjusts the system gain automatically. The low-pass filter and the phase and delay controls help the sub blend with whatever speakers you partner it with.
