About the Q Acoustics 3050c Floorstanding Speakers (Pair)
The 3000c range follows the 3000i. It adds a new curved-cone mid/bass driver, satin metallic driver trims and new finishes, in the same compact, well-braced cabinets. The 3050c is the floorstander, big enough to show both the power and the detail in your music without drawing the eye.
Two 142 mm drivers and a 41.6 litre cabinet reach 42 Hz (-6 dB). HPE tubes and Point to Point bracing keep standing waves and cabinet colouration down.
It makes a complete stereo pair in a medium to large room, and works as the front pair of a home cinema with a centre and subwoofer.

Is the price for a pair?
Yes. It ships in two boxes with two 3050c speakers, two grilles, two foam bungs, eight spike feet and covers, four rear stabilisers and two manuals.
Do I need a subwoofer?
The 3050c reaches 42 Hz (-6 dB) on its own. For home cinema you can add a subwoofer, such as one from the Q SUB range.
What amplifier power is recommended?
Q Acoustics recommends 25 to 150 W. The speakers are 6 ohm nominal with a 3.8 ohm minimum.
