About the Roksan Caspian 4G Streaming Amplifier

This is a complete hi-fi in one aluminium box: streamer, DAC, pre-amp, phono stage and a powerful dual-mono amplifier.

Streaming runs on BluOS, the same platform as Bluesound, so it joins a multi-room system with Bluesound players and speakers, all in the BluOS app. Hi-res plays up to 24-bit/192kHz.

Roksan’s MaestroUnite app handles set-up, tone and room settings and firmware updates. An aluminium remote is in the box, and there are play, pause and skip buttons on the front.

Does it work with my Bluesound speakers?

Yes. It runs BluOS, so it groups with Bluesound players and speakers in the BluOS app for music in every room.

What’s the difference from the Caspian 4G Integrated Amplifier?

The Streaming Amplifier adds BluOS streaming over Wi-Fi or Ethernet, multi-room and a USB input. The amplifier, Rapture DAC, phono stage and HDMI eARC are shared.

Does it support Roon?

Yes, it’s Roon Ready through BluOS.

Can I play vinyl?

Yes, with a moving magnet (MM) cartridge, straight into the built-in phono stage.
