Best for: A dedicated cinema or high-end living room system using separate power amplifiers, such as one or more A35.8s.
About the SP25 Prisma Home Cinema Processor
The SP25 Prisma is for home cinemas built with separate power amplifiers. It decodes Dolby Atmos and DTS:X across 11 channels and sends them to power amplifiers such as Primare’s A35.8 and A35.2.
Seventeen input presets and five speaker presets cover almost any mix of sources and speaker layouts, and dual front left and right outputs allow the main speakers to be bi-amped. Dirac Live room correction comes with the limited-bandwidth licence.
Prisma adds streaming, Roon Ready and multi-room, so it is equally at home as the centre of a music system. Primare announced it as an EISA Best Product for 2024-2025.
Genuine UK stock from an authorised Primare dealer. Not sure which Primare suits your speakers and the way you listen? Tell us what you have and we will help you choose. We install hi-fi, streaming and multi-room audio across the New Forest and the south coast. See our audio and video work.

Questions about the SP25 Prisma Home Cinema Processor
Does it have built-in amplifiers?
No. The SP25 is a processor, so you need power amplifiers. If you would rather have amplification built in, look at the SPA25 Prisma.
Which power amplifiers suit it?
The A35.8 eight-channel amplifier is the natural match, with an A35.2 added for larger layouts. Any power amplifier with XLR or RCA inputs will work.
Is it sold as a package with the A35.8?
This listing is the SP25 Prisma on its own. Ask us and we will quote for it together with an A35.8 or A35.2.
Is there a price difference between black and titanium?
No. Both finishes cost the same and the electronics inside are identical. Titanium is a brushed silver-grey front panel; black suits darker furniture and racks.
